We will provide Home Buyers Information Packs with the minimum required documents, unless otherwise instructed. Our standard price’s include all mandatory components required by law in the HIP with either an Official or Personal Search, as requested.

Official Searches are preferred as they have a faster turn around, and are considered to be more accepted by solicitors.

For price's from us your local Home Information Packs provider (HIP's) with additional documentation the fees will be adjusted accordingly. Fee for this service will be confirmed on application / instruction.
